British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP): BC PNP conducts an August 7, 2024 Skills Immigration Draw
Judicial Review (Humanitarian and Compassionate): Judicial Review granted where Court found unreasonable analysis with respect to mental health and the best interests of the children involved (BIOC)
