Founder & Lawyer
Rachel Beaupré is a lawyer who has focused exclusively on immigration matters since 2016. She first gained over five years of immigration law experience with two well-established boutique immigration firms in Toronto. She then used this depth of immigration knowledge to conduct litigation matters with the Immigration Law Division of the Department of Justice in Toronto.
With this range of experience, Rachel is able to analyze immigration matters from various perspectives, anticipate questions that immigration or judicial officials may have, and tailor strategic recommendations for each client.
Rachel sincerely enjoys learning her clients’ unique stories, keeping up with the latest immigration program changes and case law, and crafting impactful legal submissions. She welcomes complex matters.
